# Project activity
The **Activity** tab of the project details panel is a chronological log of changes made to the project, newest first.

The Activity tab currently records **project health** changes only.

## What's logged

Each entry shows **who** made the change, **when**, and **what changed**. For project health, that includes:

* **Health set** — e.g. *Project health set to No status*.
* **Health changed** — from one state to another, e.g. *from On track to At risk*. The states are **No status**, **On track**, **At risk**, and **Critical**.
* **Comment posted** — any comment added alongside a health change is shown with the entry.
